How it works
Unlike rubber bands or weights, ShoulderBack Pro allows both arms to work together through smooth, body-controlled movement. It's You vs You.
You’re Intuitively connected to both halves
Body resistence provides the effort — no weights to lift, nothing to anchor.
Resist firmly or as lightly as you need, standing or seated.
A different approach
A personal note from the maker
Maybe you are experiencing: Pain, weakness, stiffness, coordination, or other concerns.
I didn't create ShoulderBack Pro to get jacked. I wanted my shoulders and back to feel open, strong and capable for the things I enjoy. I've nursed back 2 rotator cuff issues on my own with persistence and patience.
I don't make medical claims or promises; everyone's situation is different. I can only tell you how it worked for me. It's definitely worth trying!

Yes. ShoulderBack Pro uses body-controlled resistance rather than weights or spring-loaded bands, so there are no sudden jolting forces. If one side feels sensitive, your other arm gently supports it to keep every movement within your comfort zone. Always listen to your body and check with your doctor or physiotherapist if you have concerns.
No. ShoulderBack Pro is completely self-contained — no door straps, wall screws, or floor mats. You can do most of the movements comfortably seated or standing.
It weighs just 160 grams — less than a coffee mug — and measures 5" in length. It rests naturally between your hands without intense squeezing. Go at your own level of resistence
Whichever colour we have in stock so we can maintain the best pricing. Colour makes no difference to how SBP works — the resistance comes from your own two arms working together, so every trainer works exactly the same.
